Frank Mancino

Frank Mancino has been in the construction industry for 42 years, a career that started when he was young enough that the job site was his classroom. He worked for several companies across home remodeling and new construction, learning the full scope of residential building before narrowing his focus to the projects where craftsmanship shows most: windows and doors. Each of those trades taught him something different about how a home functions and what homeowners notice long after the crew leaves.

That hands-on range eventually led Frank to earn his general contractor’s license in 2014 and start his own business. Running a company from the other side of the table deepened his understanding of what production management actually requires: not just knowing how to build, but knowing how to schedule, communicate, solve problems on the fly, and make sure every job closes the way it was promised. It also reinforced the standard he holds himself to, that the work has to be right, not just done.

After relocating to Arizona, Frank brought that experience to Lifetime Home Remodeling as Operations Manager. He oversees the production department, managing the installation teams that handle window replacements and door systems. His role puts him between the promise a homeowner receives at the design consultation and the finished result they live with, and he treats that position as a responsibility. When concerns come up, he addresses them directly and personally.

His operating principle is simple and non-negotiable: trust comes from doing what you say you’re going to do, following up, following through, and keeping your word. It’s the same standard he’s held across four decades in the trades, and it’s the first thing he teaches the teams he leads and mentors at Lifetime.
