Isaac Schilling
9 years in the home remodeling industry
Isaac Schilling is the Regional Director of Growth at Lifetime Home Remodeling, where he leads the field marketing and call center teams across Colorado, Arizona, and California. Over nine years in home remodeling, he has built his approach around a simple idea: homeowners make better decisions when someone takes the time to teach them, not sell them.
Isaac Schilling started in home remodeling the hard way: knocking on doors. As a door-to-door lead generator, he spent his days talking with homeowners about the condition of their houses, and he noticed a pattern that shaped the rest of his career. Most homeowners have no roadmap for how their home ages, what it needs, and when it needs it. That gap between what homes require and what homeowners know became the problem he set out to solve.
Over the past nine years, Isaac worked for several home remodeling companies before joining Lifetime Home Remodeling, a move he made after comparing how different contractors treated their customers from first conversation to final installation. At Lifetime, he found the combination he’d been looking for: premium products, a single accountable team, and a process built around the homeowner’s experience rather than the transaction.
Isaac joined Lifetime as Events Manager, when the field marketing department was a team of fewer than ten people. Today, as Regional Director of Growth, he leads a field marketing organization of more than 300 team members across Lifetime’s Colorado, Arizona, and California markets, along with the company’s call center team. The teams he oversees are now the primary engine behind how most homeowners first meet Lifetime.
His specialty is comparison. Because Lifetime works across windows, siding, baths, roofing, and doors, Isaac spends much of his time analyzing how products, materials, and competitors stack up, and translating that analysis into plain-language guidance homeowners can act on. That includes being direct about when a project, product, or company other than Lifetime is the better fit. His standard for every interaction is the same one behind the company’s slogan: whether or not Lifetime wins the project, the homeowner should love where they live.
Topics Isaac Covers
Window, siding, and bath product and competitor comparisons; how to evaluate remodeling contractors; what drives home improvement project costs and value; project scoping and choosing the right contractor for the right job.
Areas of Expertise
Window, Siding, and Bath Comparisons
Isaac analyzes how remodeling products and contractors compare across windows, siding, and bath systems, including honest pros and cons of each option. He helps homeowners weigh materials, warranties, installation quality, and total value rather than price alone.
Project Scoping
Not every company should do every project, and Isaac writes and advises from that principle. He helps homeowners understand which projects belong with which type of contractor, and why Lifetime deliberately stays within the product categories it has mastered.
Value-Based Home Improvement Decisions
Drawing on nine years of watching remodeling projects succeed and fail, Isaac focuses on the long-term math of home improvement: what a premium product costs versus what it returns in durability, energy performance, and peace of mind.
