Customer Experience With Lifetime

I'm loving my new windows. Lifetime were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive window we looked at. We were a little worried about switching from our old casement windows to their sliding window because casements are supposed to be better in wind, but not to worry. We recently had winds that blew down trees in our neighborhood and the windows did great! No leaking at all. The upgraded screens are great too - so clear!

After we had the windows for a couple months, one of the panes shattered. We are not sure why, but it didn't matter. They replaced the window (no questions asked - just had to send photos of the window).

Gabe and Darian who came out today to replace the broken glass were great. I asked them to wear masks in the house (someone in the house has health issues) and they graciously complied. They worked finished the job cleanly and quickly (they could have been quicker if they hadn't stopped to play with my dog :) )
